The base engine is a 3.7-liter V6 with 210 strength and 235 pound-feet of torque. It's made of lightweight aluminum and headlines a propelled electronic throttle control for decisive head-by-wire control and effectiveness. It's mated to either a standard six-speed manual or optional four-speed mechanical transmission, and gets 16 miles for every gallon in the metropolis and 22 on the expressway.
The up-level Nitro R/T model is outfitted with a 4.0-liter V6 that beats out a strong 260 pull and 265 pound-feet of torque. The motor is caught to a five-speed programmed transmission. Mileage isn't traded off as it is almost comparable to that of the lesser V6, assessed at 16 mpg in the burb and 21 on the expressway.
